REFUGEE SHELTER MUSEUM

The Safe Haven Holocaust Refugee Museum has a wide range of holdings in its Library.
The resources include:

  • Historical books on the Holocaust and the plight of refugees
  • Historical fiction novels about the Holocaust
  • First hand refugee accounts about their experiences, with
    many video accounts recorded by the Fort Ontario Refugees
  • Both vintage and exclusive photographs depicting life at
    the Shelter
